The grapes are hand harvested and fermented in French oak barrels with around 20% whole clusters and then aged for another 12 months before release. The nose displays white pepper spice, red cherry and strawberry fruit. On the palate the wine has ripe red berry fruit balanced by lively acidity with fine grained tannins and dry black tea like finish.
