Delivery to Lamma and other outer Islands is by inquiry only. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

We offer free delivery for orders over $1,500 to one location. $150 will be charged for orders below $1,500 for delivery to one single location.

We want you to enjoy your drinks as soon as possible. For delivery addresses on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or New Territories (excluding Sai Kung) you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days from the day you ordered. Please note, our cut-off time is 2PM daily so make sure you get your order in prior to this time.

Deliveries to Lantau are only available on Wednesdays.

Deliveries to Sai Kung are available on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Let us know if you haven’t received your order in the above time frame so that we can look into it for you.

The delivery must be received by person aged 18 or above. We do not deliver alcohol products to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID, then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the order.

Cancellations and Returns

Unfortunately once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Please ensure all product and delivery details are correct when placing your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

You will receive an order confirmation email which serves as a tax invoice. If you need to re-receive the order confirmation email you can do this via the ‘My Account’ section. Please Contact Us and quote your order number if you are having issues sourcing your tax invoice.

Lucky you! Discount codes can be applied at checkout before you click "Proceed to Payment" there is a box underneath the Order Summary to enter your Promo code. Once you have entered a code and clicked "Apply" your total amount will be updated to show new discounted price.
