Tasting Notes
Crafted only in very tiny quantities and when conditions allow from top quality berries affected by noble rot. A superb example of how Chenin Blanc ages with utter grace and poise. Deep, complex and elegantly fresh with a core of wild honeysuckle, orange blossom and softly caramelised apple and pear. There is a rich, toffeefullness to the palate but it melts away as the vibrant veil of minerals and acidity flashes through to create a mesmerising knife-edge tension. This is a sophisticated, harmonious wine that displays Huet's quintessentially expressive style with effortless charm.
