It gets its salmon pink rosé colour from 52 hours of maceration on the skins. It is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grown solely in the Bouzy grand cru area. The wine is fermented in barrel with 6g/l of residual sugar. This delicate rosé Champagne has aromas of raspberry and redcurrants, it is pure and fresh with balanced acidity and a fruity finish.
