"The 2016 Camí Pesseroles is mostly Cariñena with some Garnacha that fermented separately, and it has some volatility and a rusticity that represents the place and the old style of the wines from Priorat. But the wine has a very low pH that gives it a sensation of freshness. There are notes of raw meat, iron and wet slate. It matured in oak barriques. 2016 was a short vintage, and only 1,900 bottles were produced." - RP93, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
