The Etna Bianco is a field blend of local grape varieties with Carricante being predominant (65%) with the rest being Catarratto, Grecanico, Inzolia and Minnella. The vines are between 25-60 years old. The Bianco is unoaked and is appealing while young with seductive fragrance, charming fruit and expressive of their unique sense of place.
