The J’Peux Pas J’ai Rose is a blend of 60% Cinsault and 40% Grenache and is made by gently pressing red grapes and fermenting without the skins in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The grapes for this wine are purchased from partner growers and the wine is made at Château du Rouët. The wine is pale pink with aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a hint of thyme. On the palate the wine is lively, refreshing with red berry flavours and a clean dry finish.
