The Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru ‘Corbeaux’ 2017 comes from a parcel that touches Grand Cru Mazy Chambertin. Three barrels are made, one new with 15% whole cluster fermentation. A wine that impresses and could be employed to turn people onto red Burgundy. Its heady fragrance coats the palate. The fruit is elegant with a hint of spice from the barrel with a long scented finish.
