The Estérelle Rose is made using estate grown fruit and is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Tibourenc, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The grapes are handpicked and made in the saignée method, where the free run juice is run off for making a rosé and the remainder is fermented as a red wine. The rosé is pale in colour with aromas of pear skin, raspberries and wild herbs. The palate is round and smooth with racy acidity and a dry scented finish.
