The Rall Red is a blend of 65% Syrah, 13% Grenache, 13% Cinsault and 9% Carignan. The wine is made from 100% whole clusters and is fermented in stainless steel and concrete before maturation for 10 months in French oak barrels and concrete with a further 12 months in bottle before release.
